Yes, all our hats are adjustable. There is a sting in the back you can make as big or as small as you want. There is a capacity of how big, but however big you want it, it will stretch slightly to the size of your head. 

No, all designs are burnt into the hats. So you will never have to worry about the design fading, getting wet and bleeding everywhere, or coming off.

Our hats range in price from $80 to $180, depending on the style and materials used. Our most expensive hats are the “mini-me(mother-daughter)” hats which come with two hats. An average custom ordered hat will range from $80-$120.

Yes, I will except returns 7 days after you have received the hat. If the size is wrong, the design is not what you wanted, or any other problem. I will do whatever is needed to do to help with your problem! 

Yes, I will not charge for any shipping fees (if shipping within the United State). 

If no other hat is in front of you and I have the color you want in stock, expect about 2-3 days. If I do not have the color you want, the order will take about 5-7 days extra. If you want it shipped it will take about 4-8 days depending on where you are located. 

We accept cash at pickup, checks, or Venmo.

Yes, I am able to do many designs! Depending on how intricate your design is, I will do my very best to make the design look exactly how you want!
