First, find a design and color- it can be a picture of another hat, or a picture of an svg, png, etc., or any Pinterest and/or internet ideas. Remember I can do any color you’d like as well!
Second, get in contact with me- if you have any addition information about the hats or your design. Contact me and we can get the process going!
Third, the waiting part- depending on what color you want for your hat, I may have to order it. That will take 6-8 days or I can rush it with an extra $10 and it will be able to come within 3-5 days. Then I will start the process of creating and bringing the design to life on the hat, the day of. I will contact you before I burn to make sure this is the perfect and most beautiful design you’ve ever seen! Then once I get the GO from you, I try my best to get the hat done ether that day or the next. If you are wanting this soon and want it to be shipped, depending on where you are, the shipping will take about 4-8 days. But if we are close, we can meet up and you will have the most perfect hat in your hands as soon as possible!! 

Forth, one last contact- If you happen to have any social media, all I ask is when you post any pictures of this hat, if you are willing to, please recommend me! I don‘t advertise at all, and I want this business to be small and not over ran. Because it is in my best interest to give every person who orders from me the best service they have ever had!
