Wide Horizon was started in fall of 2023. The artist has been wanting to create her own business for sometime now, but she couldn’t find the right thing to create or show her passion about. Then she found the burnt wide brims! She doesn’t look at this as a way to earn a bunch of money, but to use this to learn about the personality and style of the model/ new owner of the hat.
When someone purchases from Wide Horizon, it is in our very best interest to give the best customer service possible! The artist tries her best to create, what a customer is wanting the hat to say. If there is any problem with anything, we will do our best with whatever the problem is and make sure everything is completely fixed!
The hats I buy are not your usual felt hat from the dollar store. I buy these hats from a professional provider and they are the best material I have ever seen in a hat!! I will not sell you anything short of being perfect!
